Getting started

What is AnimeTracker?
AnimeTracker is a free online platform for tracking anime and manga. You can build a personal watchlist, rate every title you finish, follow other fans, and discover new series through a community feed and seasonal airing guide.
Is AnimeTracker free?
Yes. AnimeTracker is completely free to use. There are no ads, no premium tiers, and no features locked behind a paywall. Every tool on the platform — watchlist, ratings, community feed, seasonal guide — is available to all users at no cost.
How do I start tracking anime?
Create a free account, then search for any anime title you want to track. Open the title's page and set a status: Watching, Completed, On Hold, Dropped, or Plan to Watch. You can also add a personal rating from 1 to 10. Your full library is available from your profile at any time.
Do I need an account to browse anime?
No. You can browse the catalog, read synopses, and explore seasonal anime without an account. An account is only required to save titles to your watchlist, leave ratings, or participate in the community feed.

Features

What is the best free anime tracker?
AnimeTracker is designed to be the most complete free anime tracking platform available. It combines a personal watchlist with community features, a seasonal airing guide, manga tracking, and a leaderboard — all without ads or subscription fees.
Can I track manga as well as anime?
Yes. AnimeTracker supports full manga tracking alongside anime. You can set a read status (Reading, Completed, On Hold, Dropped, or Plan to Read), log chapters and volumes read, and rate every manga title in your library.
What watch statuses are available?
AnimeTracker supports five statuses for anime: Watching, Completed, On Hold, Dropped, and Plan to Watch. Manga uses the same five statuses with read-focused labels: Reading, Completed, On Hold, Dropped, and Plan to Read.
Does AnimeTracker have a seasonal anime guide?
Yes. The seasonal guide shows every currently airing anime series with scores, genres, episode counts, and broadcast information — updated daily. You can navigate to past and future seasons to plan your watchlist in advance.
Is there a community or social feature?
Yes. AnimeTracker has a community feed where users post recommendations, reactions, and reviews. You can follow other fans to see their activity, like and reply to posts, and discover new titles through people whose taste you trust.
Does AnimeTracker have a Discord bot?
Yes. AnimeTracker has an official Discord bot that lets you look up anime and manga information directly from any Discord server. You can invite it from the bot page and join the AnimeTracker Discord community as well.

Account & library

How do I import my anime list from another tracker?
AnimeTracker does not currently have an automated import tool. The easiest way to migrate is to search for each title and set its status and rating manually. Use your existing list as a reference while rebuilding — most titles can be found and added in seconds.
Can I make my profile private?
Profile and library visibility settings can be managed from your account settings. You control what other users can see on your public profile.
How do I rate an anime or manga?
Open any anime or manga page you have added to your library and use the rating control on the page. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10. Your rating is saved immediately and contributes to the community average score for that title.
